2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Unless explicitly stipulated in a Master Services Agreement (MSA), upon complete payment of all project milestones, clients retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all custom software, codebases, designs, and digital assets produced by Brandex.
3. Warranty & Service Level Commitments
Brandex provides dedicated warranty periods for custom software deployments to ensure bug-free operation and adherence to agreed technical specifications.
